Whoa I never knew how girly I was until I posted my 1st blog and when I looked at it all I could see was the girly pinks and fonts...

But don't mistake that girlishness for weakness because I'm not a "priss"! I mean I work at a Harley shop....I grew up with an older brother who bullied me half the time! LOL Don't get me wrong I LOVE dresses and hate jeans. I enjoy dressing up and all the attention but I don't want people to think I'm some "stupid fashion girl". Fashion is more than what it seems. Im sure my fellow fashion students will agree. If you think for one second that all we do is play dress up and draw pretty pictures then you are sadly mistaken! Fashion is not like painting a wooden box and making it look pretty. We design for people (real people) and we have to do it accurately! So unless you are a wooden box for which we can just throw some paint on, I suggest you not judge us fabulous fashion students!

MAC Labin'

YAY my first blog! Get excited everyone!!!! WOOT WOOT!

Now everyone can calm down from the amazingness that just happened and allow me to introduce myself. :) This will be utterly random...

I'm a fashion/graphic design student at Marymount. I love this school (to a certain extent) but I've been here waaaaayyy to long! I'm not going to say how long but just know that its a long ridiculous amount of time. I've realized that College is a business and if they can keep you for a long time they will definitely try because they want your $money$!

In addition to being a fabulous fashion designer and a gifted graphic designer, I  love animals. 

Hence the "fawnluver" I love deer and I'm a avid non-meat eater (pescetarian) I feel as though people shouldn't eat as much meat as they do if they are going to eat it. Animals are helpless compared to humans and we take advantage of their presence here on Earth. Which means I am an animal-conscious designer.

I am inspired by music and life in general.

MUSIC: britney spears, lady gaga, feist, no doubt, belanova, jewel, radiohead, justin timberlake, weezer, the killers, tv on the radio, mute math, justice, shiny toy guns, amy winehouse, green day, FOB, gorillaz, foo fighters, MIA, smashing pumkins, korn, papa roach, gnarls barkley, red hot chili peppers, pussycat dolls, pink, jessica&ashlee simpson, sugababes....etc this list can go on and on...its kinda 90's isnt it?

LIFE: animals, flowers, the color green, spanish people, tropical locations, ruffles, pieces of art, my roommate, my mother, fabrics, buildings, love...
